A Very Special Day

The day has come where my brothers oldest daughter got married.  Today was a special day for her and family.  Paul and I woke up this morning and got ready to go to the Timpanogos Temple to see my niece and her fiance get sealed in the temple.  We decided to leave the kids here with their grandparents so we could enjoy being there and not have to worry about them.  That was the best decision we made.  ;)  We got to the temple and it was beautiful.  9 1/2 years ago Paul and I got married in that temple so it was special to be there again.  We went in and waited but go to see family and friends.  My brother and his family came from Vegas and it was great to see them.  After the ceremony we all waited outside the doors for the happy couple.  They walked out of the temple and they were so happy.  It was great to see them.  We stayed for a little while to take pictures with them and then we left.  Of course I was hungry so we stopped to get a bite to eat and then went home to get the kids ready for the reception.  The reception was beautiful.  The food was great, especially the cold fruit, becuase it was a hot evening.  We got to see a lot of friends of the family that we had not seen in a long time and got to meet new people.  After a while, we were all so tired we came home and crashed.  It was a very special day and I am so glad that we were able to go.
